Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním výrobního procesu v mezinárodní společnosti. Pomocí projektového týmu jsou zmapovány jednotlivé výrobní kroky a navazujících činnosti, které jsou vykonávány mezi dvěma výrobními závody.
