Abstract:

Bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou duální diagnózy poruchy příjmu potravy a závislosti na návykových látkách. První část teoretické části je věnována pojmům poruchy příjmu potravy, závislost na návykových látkách, duální diagnóza a možnostem léčby těchto poruch. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývám tématem terapeutické komunity se zaměřením na roli sociálního pracovníka. Poslední kapitola je věnována kognitivně-behaviorální terapii, jakožto vhodnou metodou léčby poruch příjmu potravy a závislosti na návykových látkách. Aplikační část navazuje na teoretická východiska. Jejím cílem je návrh metodiky práce s klientem s duální diagnózou poruchy příjmu potravy a závislosti na návykových látkách, která je zpracována na základě analýzy odborné literatury a poznatků vycházejících z expertního rozhovoru.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis acquaints the reader with the issue of dual diagnosis of eating disorders and addiction. The first part of the theoretical part is devoted to the concepts of eating disorders, substance abuse, dual diagnosis and treatment options for these disorders. In the third chapter I deal with the topic of the therapeutic community with a focus on the role of a social worker. The last chapter is devoted to cognitive-behavioral therapy, as a suitable method of treatment of eating disorders and addiction. The application part builds on the theoretical basis. Its aim is to propose a methodology for working with a client with a dual diagnosis of eating disorders and addiction, which is developed on the basis of an analysis of the literature and findings based on expert interview.
