Anotácia:

Táto diplomová práca popisuje bezpečnostné výzvy, ktorým čelí Flutter a jeho architektúra. Najskôr je Flutter spolu s jeho unikátnou architektúrou popísaný. Nasleduje opis procesu kompilácie mobilných aplikácií na platforme Flutter, ako aj dostupné bezpečnostné funkcie pre vývojárov. Praktická časť skúma súčasný stav reverzného inžinierstva na platforme Flutter pre Android a popisuje možné pasívne ale aj aktívne útoky na aplikácie. Niektoré z týchto útokov už sú popísané v rôznych blogoch, no niektoré z nich autor v čase písania tejto práce popísané nenašiel. Nakoniec na základe zistení práca hodnotí bezpečnostné výzvy, ktorým aplikácie na platforme Flutter čelia.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes the security challenges faced by Flutter and its architecture. First, Flutter is described, together with its unique architecture. Next, the compilation process of Flutter mobile applications is explained, as well as security features available for developers. The practical part characterizes the current state of reverse engineering on the Flutter platform and describes possible attacks on Flutter Android apps, both passive and active. Some of the attacks are already described in various blogs, but some of them the author did not find at the time of writing this thesis. Finally, based on the findings, the thesis evaluates the security challenges Flutter applications face.
