Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku bossingu na pracovišti, jeho cílenému, opakovanému a často protiprávnímu jednání ze strany nadřízeného a jeho možné prevenci. Diploma thesis is focused on problems bossing in workplace and his targeted repeated and often illegal action from side of the big boss and his prevention.
