Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou popsány a rozebrány jednotlivé fáze těchto procesů. Dále jsou charakterizovány nejčastěji používané metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část je věnována získávání a výběru zaměstnanců na Ministerstvu školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the recruitment and acquisition. The theoretical part covers and analyses the distinct phases of these processes. Furthermore, it defines the most common methods used in employee selection and recruitment.
