Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nabídkovou substitucí při vymezování relevantního trhu v dopravě. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda při vymezování relevantního trhu v osobní železniční dopravě musí soutěžní úřad zvážit i nabídkovou substituci a její potenciál relevantní trh rozšířit. The bachelor thesis deals with the supply-side substitution in defining the relevant market in the transport industry. The aim of this paper is to determine whether the antitrust authority must consider the supply-side substitution and its potential to extend the relevant market while defining the relevant market.
