ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce pojednává v teoretické části o problematice syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester. Uvedenou problematiku zde vymezuji, uvádím její historii, vývoj a zmiňuji se o možnostech prevence syndromu vyhoření. Abstract:
Dissertation discuss in its theoretical part discuss the burnout syndrome. I examine the history of the topic and its process; define the borders and proposing the possibilities to avoid the burnout syndrome. The attention is also paid to stress and work load issues.Theoretical part is followed by quantitative research that is focused on burnout levels of nurses .
