Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována poruchám barvocitu a metodám pomocí níž lze vady vyšetřit. V kapitolách jsou stručně popsány vlastnosti světla a barvy, anatomie oka, princip barevného vidění. Jsou zde také popsány vrozené a získané poruchy barvocitu a jejich možnosti léčby. V této práci jsou vysvětleny metody, které slouží k odhalování odchylek barvocitu.

The bachelor thesis is applied your mind to color vision deficiency and methodes you can use to investigate defects. The chapters are in short described the attributes of light and color, anatomy of eye, principle of color vision.
