The causes of economic crises – theory a practice

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to give an overview of the causes of economic crises and the implications of the economic crisis on Slovakia. The thesis is divided into four chapters. It contains 14 pictures and 17 charts. The first chapter deals with the cause of economic crises, according to the theory arising from the principle of sinusoidal development and the concept of economic cycles. The second chapter is devoted to the most important crises in history. The third chapter addresses the current economic crisis, focusing on the overall course of the crisis, starting with the mortgage crisis to debt crisis in the eurozone. The final fourth chapter analyzes the impact of the current economic crisis on the Slovak economy in the period of years 2007 to 2011. The conclusion summarizes all the obtained knowledge and there is also added the own view. In the first three chapters is primarily used the theoretical - historical method. In the fourth chapter is mainly used the method of analysis.

Abstract:

Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je podaťcelkový pohľad na príčiny vzniku hospodárskych kríz a analyzovať dôsledky hospodárskej krízy na Slovensko. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Obsahuje 14 obrázkov a 17 tabuliek. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá príčinou vzniku hospodárskych kríz podľa teórie vyplývajúcej zo zásady sínusoidného vývoja, a to pojem ekonomických cyklov. Druhá kapitola je venovaná najvýznamnejším krízam v histórii. Tretia kapitola sa zaoberá súčasnou hospodárskou krízou so zameraním na celkový priebeh krízy, počnúc hypotekárnou krízou až po dlhovú krízu v eurozóne. Záverečná štvrtá kapitola analyzuje dopady súčasnej hospodárskej krízy na ekonomiku Slovenska v období rokov 2007 až 2011. V závere sú zhrnuté všetky dosiahnuté poznatky a pridaný vlastný pohľad. V prvých troch kapitolách sa používa predovšetkým teoreticko - historická metóda. Vo štvrtej kapitole sa používa hlavne metóda analýzy.
