Child directed speech - analysis of the selected language plan

Abstract:

Zatímco dětské řeči bylo doposud věnováno mnoho studií, řeči orientované na dítě se taková pozornost nedostává. V naší práci vycházíme z faktu, že se dětská řeč vyvíjí a nejvýznamnější roli v tomto vývoji sehrává především rodičovský vzor. Náš zájem bude tedy směřovat především k lexikálně-sémantické rovině řeči orientované na dítě, již budeme mnohdy srovnávat s dětskou řečí, kterou do velké míry ovlivňuje. V teoretické části si popíšeme vývoj dítěte předškolního věku, na nějž se zaměřujeme, dále charakterizujeme řeč orientovanou na dítě a uvedeme specifika dětského dialogu, jehož součástí může být také dospělý komunikant. Praktickou část zahájíme metodologií výzkumu a dále se zaměříme na frekvenci slovních druhů v řeči orientované na dítě, popíšeme systém vrstev ve slovní zásobě a nakonec také sémantickou rovinu řeči orientované na dítě.

Abstract:

While many studies have been dedicated to child speech, studies dealing with child directed speech are lacking. In our thesis we proceed from the fact the child speech is developing and the most significant role is performed by parents. Our interest is the examining of lexical-semantic level of the child directed speech. The child speech is influenced by directed child speech therefore they will be frequently compared. In theoretical part, there are described the development of preschool children, the child directed speech characteristics and particularities of the child dialogue in which the adult participates. The practical part is initiated by the research methodology then there is examined the frequency of parts of speech in the child directed speech, the stratification of vocabulary and at last the semantic level of the child directed speech.
