Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nadaných žáků a právními předpisy vymezujících vzdělávání těchto žáků. Teoretická část práce objasňuje základní pojmy vztahující se k nadání. Věnuje se problematice nadaného dítěte a jeho charakteristikám. Zabývá se metodami a možnostmi edukace těchto žáků.
