Shaping the Czech Republic’s position towards energy efficiency target of the 2030 Climate and Energy Framework
Abstract:
Diplomová práce zkoumá, jak se utvářela pozice ČR k cíli pro energetickou účinnost obsaženém v klimaticko-energetickém rámci do roku 2030. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat a vysvětlit, jakým způsobem se utvářela sada preferencí ČR v období jednání o výsledné podobě rámce a jako teoretický podklad slouží dvoustupňová hra R. Putnama.
Abstract:
This thesis examines how the Czech Republic’s position towards energy efficiency target of the 2030 Climate and Energy Framework was formed. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and explain how this position was shaped while the Framework was negotiated. The case is seen from Robert Putnam’s Two-level game theory perspective.
