Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou statusu Jeruzaléma a jeho významu v izraelsko-palestinském mírovém procesu s důrazem na sérii vyjednávání v Camp Davidu 2000. Cílem práce je nejen analyzovat, jakou roli sehrála otázka budoucího uspořádání Svatého města v těchto jednáních, ale také nastínit možný budoucí vývoj v oblasti tak, jak by ho obě strany sporu byly schopné respektovat. This bachelor thesis examines the status of Jerusalem and its importance in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, with an emphasis on a series of negotiations at Camp David 2000. The aim is not only to analyze the role of the future arrangement of the Holy City in the talks, but also outline possible future developments in the area as it would both parties were able to observe.
