The incidence, prevention and effective ways of deal with bullying in residential care from the perspective of educators

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice šikany ve výchovných ústavech v České republice. Práce je členěna na teoretickou část a navazující výzkumnou část, která je zaměřena na výzkumnému šetření. Teoretická část obsahuje zpracované poznatky o šikaně, jejích příčinách a stádiích jejího vývoje. Čtenář se seznámí s charakteristikou oběti, agresora, výchovné skupiny a s následky šikanujícího jednání. Dále je zde zpracováno téma ústavní výchovy jak v obecné tak i konkrétní rovině, vztahující se k problematice šikany. Část, která je věnována výzkumu, je zaměřena na zkoumání příčin výskytu šikany ve výchovných ústavech, specifik šikany a možnosti pedagogického působení proti tomuto sociálně patologickému jevu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je specifikovat podmínky vzniku šikany a možnosti prevence z pohledu vychovatelů ve výchovných ústavech a zanalyzovat možnosti prevence, které jsou v současnosti využívány. V závěru práce jsou na základě získaných informací zmíněny možnosti, které by mohly přispět k předcházení a eliminaci tohoto jevu v prostředí výchovných ústavů.

Abstract:

This bachelory thesis deals with one of social-pathological problem-bullying in corrective institutions for children and adolescents in Czech republic. This thesis contains theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part summarises available informations about bullying, especialy causes and stage of evolution. The reader receive informations about aggressors, victims and about educational group, suffering from bullying.Theoretical part also included informations about institucional care generally and about bullying in juvenile corrections. I also means the importace of prevention. The empirical part is devoted to research is focused on exploring the causes of bullying in educational institutions, the specifics of bullying and the possibility of action against the teaching of socially pathological phenomena. The aim of this work is to specify the conditions of bullying and ways of prevention from the perspective of educators in educational institutions and to analyze the possibilities of prevention, which are currently used. The conclusion on the basis of the information discussed options that could contribute to the prevention and elimination of this phenomenon in an educational institution.
