Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Uplatnění 5S a layout v automobilovém průmyslu“ se zabývá uplatněním Lean managementu a především metody 5S a Lean layout ve společnosti Bosal Czech. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit současný stav procesů ve společnosti a navrhnout řešení vedoucí ke zlepšení těchto procesů. Hlavním přínosem diplomové práce je zmapování současných procesů na vybrané výrobní lince, navržení zlepšení a odhad přínosů zlepšení. Analýza umožnila odhalit slabá místa ve výrobních procesech organizace a navrhnout řešení těchto nedostatků, které umožní společnosti dosáhnout vyšší úrovně štíhlosti.

Abstract:

This Master’s Thesis investigates the application of Lean management, especially 5S method and Lean layout, in a company in the automotive industry, Bosal Czech. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of production processes in the company and to suggest solutions leading to an improvement of those processes. The main outcome of this thesis is an analysis of current processes on a selected production line, suggestions for improvement and an estimate of the impact of improvements. This analysis revealed the weak points of the production processes and offered solutions to the identified problems that will allow the company to achieve a leaner production.
