Legal Aspects of Double-Quality of Foodstuffs
Abstract:
Práce je věnována aktuální problematice dvojí kvality potravin v rámci jednotného trhu Evropské unie. Práce hodnotí stávající právní regulaci, a to jednak z pohledu práva na ochranu spotřebitele (zejména nekalých obchodních praktik) tak práva soutěžního (zejména nekalé soutěže).
Abstract:
The work is devoted to the current issues of dual quality of food in the European Union single market. The work evaluates the existing legal regulations, both from the perspective of consumer protection law (unfair commercial practices in particular) and competition law (especially unfair competition).
