Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu reformy Armády České republiky (AČR) s důrazem na identifikaci klíčových aspektů a vlivů těchto reforem na obranné a strategické schopnosti státu. V práci je kladen zvláštní důraz na navrhované reformy, které cílí na modernizaci vojenských kapacit, integraci nových technologií a zlepšení interoperability s mezinárodními vojenskými silami, zejména v rámci Severoatlantické aliance (NATO). Práce využívá kombinaci kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu, kde hlavními zdroji jsou oficiální dokumenty NATO, strategické plány AČR a akademické články zaměřené na vojenské reformy. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o dosavadních reformách a navrhnout doporučení pro budoucí směřování české vojenské politiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the reform of the Army of the Czech Republic (AČR) with an emphasis on the identification of key aspects and the effects of these reforms on the defense and strategic capabilities of the state. The work places special emphasis on the proposed reforms, which aim to modernize military capacities, integrate new technologies and improve interoperability with international military forces, especially within NATO. The work uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, where the main sources are official NATO documents, strategic plans of the Czech Army and academic articles focused on military reforms. The aim of the work is to provide a comprehensive overview of the reforms to date and propose recommendations for the future direction of Czech military policy.
