Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení vztahů s dodavateli pomocí informačního systému SAP SRM. Hlavním cílem práce je posouzení, zda je důležité věnovat firemní zdroje optimalizaci nákupního procesu a zda existuje návratnost těchto investic. This diploma thesis is concerned with the issue of supplier resource management by using SAP SRM information system.
