Abstract:
Práca sa v teoretickom úvode venuje štyrom hlavným témam: riadeniu ľudských zdrojov, odmeňovaniu pracovníkov, prístupom a spôsobom hodnotenia pracovníkov ako aj zamestnaneckým výhodám. Analytická časť sa zaoberá spoločnosťou ako takou, jej spôsobom odmeňovania a benefitom. V návrhovej časti je už ponúkané konkrétne zlepšenie daného systému odmeňovania.
