Tato práce se zabývá syntézou enantiomerně čistých bambus[6]urilů. Bambus[6]urily byly připraveny makrocyklizační reakcí chirálních glykolurilů s paraformaldehydem v gramových množstvích bez nutnosti použití preparativní chromatografie. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the synthesis of enantiomerically pure chiral bambus[6]urils. The bambus[6]urils were prepared by a macrocyclization of chiral glycolurils with paraformaldehyde on the gram scale without using any preparative chromatography.
