Development of industrial technology for deposition of DLC thin films
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na vývoj průmyslové technologie výroby diamantu podobných uhlíkových vrstev. Cílem je připravit tenké DLC vstvy typu ta-C na průmyslovém povlakovacím zařízení. Vrstvy jsou připraveny odprašováním uhlíkového terče v magnetronové konfiguraci za sníženého tlaku v Ar/CO/CO2 atmosféře. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on developing of an industrial technology for deposition of the diamond-like carbon thin films. The goal is to synthesize ta-C thin films using an industrial sputtering system. Thin films were deposited by sputtering of an carbon target in magnetron configuration at low pressure in Ar/CO/CO2 atmosphere.
