Tato bakalářská práce je případová studie, která se zabývá tématem vlivu akvizice na motivaci zaměstnanců v konkrétní firmě. This bachelor thesis is a case study that deals with the topic of the impact of acquisition on employee motivation in a specific company. The factors studied are basic psychological needs through the prism of Self-Determination Theory, corporate culture, psychological contract, commitment, feedback, responsibility, and selfdevelopment.
