Timber skeleton structure family house design

Abstract:

Námětem této bakalářské práce je návrh praktického dvoupodlažního rodinného domu pro větší rodinu s příjemným vnitřním prostředím. Bude použita dřevěná skeletová konstrukce umožňující volnou vnitřní dispozici i velké prosklené plochy. Úvodní část práce se zabývá vhodným umístěním objektu na vybraný pozemek, vnitřní dispozicí, orientací obytných místností ke světovým stranám a volbou konstrukčních materiálů. Dále pokračuje popisem problematiky skeletových staveb. V další části je uveden technický popis navržených konstrukcí a posouzení skladby obvodového pláště z hlediska tepelně-technického.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a practical double-storeyed family house for larger family. Will be used a timber skeleton structure for a design. This will allow free space and use of large glazed surfaces. The first part deals with suitable location on a land, design of internal disposition, orientation of rooms with cardinal points and choice of construction materials. The thesis continues with the description of the skeleton structures. The other part of the thesis consists of a technical description of the designed structures and an assessment of the building envelope from the thermal technical point of view.
