An educational activities of midwives in women with incontinence

Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit a zrealizovat edukační jednotku pro ženy trpící inkontinencí. Prostřednictvím vstupního testu před edukací a výstupního testu 2 měsíce po edukaci zjistit, zda jsou ženy informovány ve všech oblastech této problematiky. Na základě zjištěných deficitních znalostí byl vytvořen edukační materiál. Metodika: Se souhlasem zdravotnického zařízení byly osloveny tři klientky, které trpí stresovou inkontinencí. Každá klientka absolvovala individuální edukační program složený ze vstupního posouzení, diagnostiky, plánování, realizace a hodnocení programu. Výsledky: Edukační plán byl dodržen. Prostřednictvím hodnotících metod bylo prokázáno, že informace o inkontinenci byly u klientek doplněny a jsou dostatečné. Edukační diagnóza Snaha zlepšit znalosti byla u všech klientek odstraněna. Edukační diagnóza nedostatečné znalosti byla zrušena u dvou ze tří klientek. Cíl práce můžeme považovat za splněný. Závěr: Ze zjištěných výsledků lze edukační program považovat za úspěšný. Předávání informací prostřednictvím edukace můžeme považovat za efektivní způsob doplňování chybějících znalostí. Edukační materiál, který vznikl na základě zjištěných informací, byl poskytnut gynekologické ambulanci Novagyn s. r. o.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create and put an educational unit for the women suffering from incontinence into practice. It was necessary to ascertain by means of an entrance test before the education and a final test two months after the education if women were informed in all branches of this problem. An educational document was created on the basis of ascertained deficit knowledge. Methods: Three clients who suffer from stress incontinence were asked by the approval of the medical facility. Each client participated in an individual educational programme consisting of entrance appraisal, diagnostics, planning, realization and evaluation of the programme. Results: The educational plan was observed. It was proved by way of the evaluating methods that the pieces of information about the incontinence have been completed and are sufficient. The educational diagnosis The Effort of Improving the Knowledge has been removed by all clients. The educational diagnosis of insufficient knowledge has been abolished by two of three clients. The aim of the bachelor thesis can be considered as fulfilled. Conclusion: It is possible to consider the educational programme to be successful on the basis of the ascertained results. Gaining the information by means of education can be considered as an effective way of fulfilling the missing information. The educational document which was made on the basis of the realised information was provided to the gynaecological surgery Novygyn, Ltd.
