Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je provést analýzu programu Zelená úsporám a na konkrétních příkladech ukázat možnou úsporu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační. V části teoreticko-metodologické se budu nejprve zabývat pojmy, které usnadní pochopení následující problematiky. Následně podrobně popíši vývoj programu Zelená úsporám od vzniku až po současnost, vyjmenuji, jaké novinky se objevily v programu Nová zelená úsporám 2015 a podrobně popíši rozdělení oblastí programu. Dále se zaměřím na pravidla programu, dokumenty potřebné k úspěšnému zažádání o podporu, kdo o dotaci může žádat a krok po kroku vysvětlím jak o dotaci požádat. V aplikační části se zaměřím na Jihočeský kraj. V první části kraj charakterizuji a následně se budu zabývat třemi konkrétními příklady, na kterých se budu snažit ukázat úsporu. Příklady se budou věnovat tepelnému čerpadlu voda-vzduch, zateplení rodinného domu včetně výměny oken a solárním systémem. Následně budu rozebírat dotazník, který jsem rozdala občanům Vodňan a Českých Budějovic. K získání potřebných informací jsem použila metodu sběru dat, které jsem obdržela od zaměstnanců krajského pracoviště programu Zelená úsporám v Českých Budějovicích a dotazníkové šetření.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the program called „Zelená úsporám“ and show on certain examples the possibility of saving. This thesis consists of two parts – theoretical-methodological and applicable. In the theoretical-methodological part will be firstly described terms which will make the understanding of following problems easier. Afterwards I will describe in details the development of the program „Zelená úsporám“ from its beginning up to now. The latest updates of the program „Nová zelená úsporám 2015“ will be mentioned and I will describe in details different parts of the program. Furthermore I will focus on the rules of the program, documents needed for a successful application to receive the support, people who can receive the support and I will also explain step by step how to receive the support. In the applicable part the South bohemian region will be in the main focus. In a first part I will characterize the region and subsequently I will look at the three specific examples on which I will show the possibility of saving. Examples will be executed on the heat pump water-wind, thermal insulation of a family house including the exchange of the windows with a solar system. After that I will analyze a questioner which was distributed to the residents in Vodňany and České Budějovice. A method of data collecting as well as a method of the questionnaire were used for gathering all the necessary information which I have received from the employees of the regional office in České Budějovice responsible for the program „Zelená úsporám“.
