Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a zhodnocení efektivity naplňování stanovených cílů Evropské obranné agentury. V práci je použit přístup policy analysis, a to s využitím modelu politického cyklu na příkladu Agentury. Klíčová část práce se věnuje popisu jednotlivých cílů Strategického rámce, které jsou následně porovnávány s projekty, jež Evropská obranná agentura v praxi uskutečňuje.
Abstract:
The main purpose of this Bachelor thesis is the description and evaluation of the efficiency of the aims which the European Defence Agency has assigned. I use an approach of policy analysis, namely with the application of the model of a political cycle demonstrated by the way of an example of this agency.
