Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit model(y), které by včasně a přesně predikovaly finanční problémy ústící v insolvenci podniku. Práce je zaměřena na cestovní kanceláře v České republice, celkem bylo pracováno s 87 různými subjekty. The aim of this thesis was to create model(s), which would predict in a timely and precisely manner financial problems causing insolvency of the company. The thesis is focused on tour operators in Czech Republic, in total 87 different companies were used in the thesis.
