Abstract:

Absolventská dokumentace se zabývá prací studentské koordinátorky organizačního týmu 33. ročníku Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER. Popisuje nastavení i reálný stav organizačních procesů a doporučuje možná řešení do budoucích let. Dále práce obsahuje subjektivní pohled koordinátorky na situace, které v rámci organizačního procesu nastaly. Cílem práce je dokumentovat 33. ročník festivalu a umožňuje zainteresovaný pohled do jeho vnitřního prostředí.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the work of the student coordinator of the organizing team of the 33rd International Festival of Theatre Schools, SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER. It describes the setup and current state of the organizational processes and recommends possible solutions for future years. Furthermore, the thesis contains the coordinator's subjective view on the situations that occurred during the organizational process. The aim of this thesis is to document the 33rd edition of the festival and provide interested readers with an insight into its internal environment.
