Diplomová práce zabývá péčí o kariérní rozvoj zaměstnanců ve společnosti McDonald’s. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy řízení lidských zdrojů, firemního vzdělávání, kariérního řízení a vymezení kompetencí. V analytické části jsou popsány jednotlivé pozice v hierarchii zaměstnanců, jejich pracovní náplň a trénink spojený s potřebami těchto pozic.
