Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá rivalitou a soudržností hráček fotbalu mladšího školního věku. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na hlavní prvky skupinové dynamiky, které mohou ovlivnit výkony, chování a atmosféru v týmu. The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with the rivalry and cohesion of female football players at a younger school age. The theoretical part is primarily focused on the main elements of group dynamics, which can affect performance or behavior and the atmosphere in the team.
