Zaměření této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektu ke stavebnímu povolení pro bytový dům s prodejnou v Českých Budějovicích. Dále vybrat materiál popsat ho a najít nabídku a porovnat s konkurencí. Poté vybrat nejlepší a použít ho pro bytový dům.
