The influence of defects and failures of buildings on the valuation

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním staveb, chápáním jejich vad a poruch. Popisuje a analyzuje základní souvislosti mezi vadami a poruchami staveb a jejich oceněním, stanovuje jejich vliv na cenu stavby. Práce je zaměřená na trh v České republice. Součástí je analýza realitního trhu okresu Karviná.

Abstract:

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of buildings and with the understanding of their defects and disorders. It describes and analyzes fundamental links between the defects and failures of buildings and their market prices, and it determines its effect on the price structure.The thesis is focused on the Czech Republic Market. Part of the thesis is also analysis of real estate of the district of Karvina.
