Abstract:
Práce nejprve zobrazuje historický vývoj právní úpravy úpadku. Zároveň bych ráda obeznámila s vývojem úpadkového řízení v zákoně č. 328/1991 Sb. o konkurzu a vyrovnání, která s novou úpravou insolvenčního správce přímo souvisí. Dále se zabývám platným insolvenčním zákonem a úpadkem dlužníka. Zmíním podstatné pojmy, porovnám právní úpravu před a po přijetí insolvenčního zákona. Zaměřím se konkrétně …more

Firstly, the thesis shows the historical development of the insolvency. I would also like to acquaint with the development of insolvency proceedings in Act No. 328/1991 Coll., on Bankruptcy and Settlement which is directly related to a new regulation of the insolvency administrator.
