The influence of stress on productoin managers

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Vliv stresu na vedoucí pracovníky výroby" je zjistit, jaký vliv může stres mít ze zdravotního a pracovního hlediska na tyto pracovníky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozčleněna do dvou oblastí. V první oblasti se nachází vymezení základních pojmů, rozdělení stresorů; dále popis fyziologických a psychologických příznaků stresu, a způsoby, jak se se stresem vypořádat. Druhá oblast je věnována stresu v pracovním prostředí a obsahuje informace o vlivu pracovního stresu, stresových faktorech v pracovním prostředí, syndromu vyhoření, možnostech, jak může ke zlepšení zátěže přispět zaměstnavatel a základní charakteristiku vedoucích pracovníků výroby. Praktická část je věnována analýze dat získaných z výzkumného šetření a jejich interpretaci. Výzkum je zaměřen na vliv stresu na vedoucí pracovníky výroby v daném podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis "The influence of Stress on Managers of Production" is to determinate the impact of stress on these workers from a health and work point of view. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two sections. In the first section, there is mentioned a definition of basic concepts, a division of stressors, a description of the physiological and psychological symptoms of stress, and ways of dealing with stress. The second area focuses on stress in the working environment and contains information about the impact of work-related stress, stress factors in the work environment, burnout syndrome, about how the employer can contribute to improving stress and the basic characteristic of the production managers. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the data obtained from the research and their interpretation. The research focuses on the influence of stress on the managers of the production in the company.
