Předmětem této diplomové práce je rozbor a komparace specifické formy ochrany vlastnického práva v římském a současném právu, a to žaloby na vydání věci.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was research upon rei vindication action from the point of view of its origin within the Roman law and also as a means of civil law protection of proprietorship in a modern law system.
