Pojem veřejný pořádek v právu ES/EU

The term public policy in the EC Law
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá pojmem veřejný pořádek v právu ES/EU a jeho vnímáním Evropským soudním dvorem. Posun ve vnímání je demonstrován na několika judikátech vztahujících se k svobodě volného pohybu osob v rámci Společenství. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, co z ustanovení o veřejném pořádku zbývá dnes.
Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the term public order in the EC law and its perception by the European Court of Justice. The shift in its meaning is demonstrated on several judgements relating to the free movement of persons concept within the Community. The aim of the work was to determine what is left from the public order (public policy) exception nowadays.
