Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou daně z přidané hodnoty v souvislosti s obchody mezi členskými státy Evropské unie. Prostor je věnován základním pojmům daně z přidané hodnoty a dále pak vymezení podmínek dodání a pořízení zboží a poskytnutí služeb u intrakomunitárních obchodů. V práci je také popsána problematika daňových úniků a snaha Evropské unie o jejich minimalizaci.

This paper explores the issues with Value Added tax in relation to the financial transactions among the member states of the EU. It also describes the basic concepts of Value Added tax. Furthermore, it defines the specific conditions and requirements for the distribution and acquisition of goods as well as providing the necessary services for intra-community trade.
