Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou absolutních práv v prostředí počítačové sítě internet. První část práce se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku absolutních práv v podobě práva duševního vlastnictví a práva na informační sebeurčení. This thesis deals with analytics of absolute right on the internet environment. The first part is focussing on basic characteristic of absolute rights, namely intellectual property right and right to information self­determination.
