Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem, pracovním stresem a následně syndromem vyhoření u trenérů sportovní organizace SPORT CLUB SPIRIT. Cílem této práce je tak vytvoření manuálu zaměřeného jednak na definování jednotlivých rizik, které mohou vést ke stresu a následnému syndromu vyhoření, tak i na definování preventivních opatření, aby nedošlo k výskytu stresu apod. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on stress in general, work related stress and the consequential burnout syndrome of coaches at the Sport Club Spirit organization. The goal of this work is to not only create a user manual that focuses on defining risks that can lead to stress and subsequently to burnout, but also on outlining preventive measures for stress.
