Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce Poddaní a jejich majetková základna na příkladu Hodonínska v 18. a 19. století je zaměřena na rozbor gruntovních knih obcí dolního dílu velkostatku Hodonín z let 1770–1848. Práce se na základě údajů z těchto pramenů pokouší sestavit obraz sociálního rozvrstvení obyvatelstva. Zároveň se soustředí na majetkovou základnu poddaných a způsob nakládání s grunty v jihomoravských vesnicích v době, která výrazně změnila práva a povinnosti nejnižší společenské vrstvy. První část je věnována rozboru pramenů, druhá se zaměřuje na rozbor využité literatury. Ve třetí kapitole se čtenář seznámí s vývojem panství Hodonín do roku 1848. Důraz je kladen na formování režijního velkostatku na panství. Jádrem práce je čtvrtá kapitola, která se souhrnně a do hloubky věnuje stratifikaci poddaných na základě jejich nemovitého majetku, systému transakcí a vývoji cen gruntů. Pozornost je zaměřena i na formu zatížení poddaných podle údajů z pozemkových knih.

Abstract:

The thesis The Subjects and Their Property Base on the Example of Hodonín in the 18th and 19th Centuries is focused on the analysis of land books of municipalities of Hodonín estates from 1770 to 1848. This study will attempt to draw a draft of social stratification based on the data of sixteen land books. At the same time, it shall focus on the property base of the subjects and the manner of handling the homesteads in South Moravia municipalities in the time period that changed the laws and duties of the lowest social class. In the first part, the selected sources shall be analysed, and in the second, the used literature will be studied. The third chapter is dedicated to the evolution of Hodonín manor until the year 1848. The formation of the directorial estate of the manor shall be emphasised. The core of this thesis is the fourth chapter that includes deep overall stratification of subjects based on their real estates, the system of transactions and the evolution of the estate prices. In conclusion, the focus is on the form of the burden of the subjects according to the data contained in the land books.
