Strategy and Operational Business Activities of the Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou provozně obchodních a marketingových činností podniku Hotel Krajka a následnému doporučení dle získaných výsledků. Samotná práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy z oblasti managementu a marketingu, poté následuje charakteristika provozních, obchodních a marketingových činností. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení zkoumaného podniku a analýzu jednotlivých činností v rámci tohoto podniku. Jedná se konkrétně o analýzu současných provozních a obchodních činností, marketingového prostředí, ale také marketingové analýzy, kam spadá PESTLE, 5F a SWOT analýza.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the operations and business and marketing activities of the Hotel Krajka company and the subsequent recommendations based on the obtained results. The thesis is structured into two main parts. The theoretical part explains the terms from the field of management and marketing, followed by the characteristics of operations and business and marketing activities. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the examined company and the analysis of individual activities within this company. This is specifically an analysis of the current operations and business activities, the marketing environment, as well as marketing analysis, which includes PESTLE, 5F and SWOT analysis.
