Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovními podmínkami a syndromem vyhoření u středních zdravotnických pracovníků, především zdravotních sester. Abstract:
The thesis deals with working conditions and burn-out syndrome of healthcare workers, especially nurses. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the explanation of the problem, psychological problems, clinical symptoms and causes.
