Concept of Management and Development of Cultural Activities in Non-profit Organizations in the City of Uherské Hradiště

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě dílčí části. Teoretická část vychází z odborných rešerší vybrané literatury a vymezuje základní charakteristiku neziskového sektoru a kulturní politiky v České republice. Tato část se dále zabývá marketingem neziskových organizací a marketingem kultury, která popisuje problematiku v oblasti komunikace a jsou zde mezi sebou porovnávány teoretické přístupy známých ekonomů, kteří tuto vědní disciplínu přijali nebo ji naopak odmítají. Praktická část je následně věnována regionu Slovácku a městu Uherské Hradiště. Zde se nachází samotné vymezení pojmu regionu Slovácku, který popisuje místní zvyky, tradice a turistické atrakce. Dále je detailně charakterizováno město Uherské Hradiště společně s kulturními aktéry. Praktická část se věnuje především kulturní výchově na základě, které byly poskytnuty rozhovory s klíčovými aktéry a následně byla sestavena koncepce rozvoje kultury společně s návrhem projektu, který je také výstupem této práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is intended for two parts. The theoretical part is based on professional searches of selected literature and defines the basic characteristics of the non-profit organizations and cultural policy in the Czech Republic. This part also deals with the marketing of non-profit organizations and the marketing of culture, which describes the issues in the field of communication and compares the theoretical approaches of well-known economists who have accepted or rejected this scientific discipline. The practical part is then devoted to the region of Slovácko and the town of Uherské Hradiště. Here is the very definition of the term region of Sloácko, which describes local customs, traditions and tourist attractions. Furthermore, the town of Uherské Hradiště is characterized in detail together with cultural actors. The practical part is mainly devoted to cultural education on the basis of which interviews were provided with key actors and then a concept of cultural development was compiled together with a project proposal, which is also the output of this work.
