Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem platné právní úpravy vkladu do katastru nemovitostí. This bachelor essay is detailed analysis of current legal regulations authorization procedure of deposit in the Land Register. Zooms in important bylaws concerned in Land Register and focuses on whole process of deposit authorization procedure and with its deficiencies, when Land Register office stops or disrupts authorization procedure.
