Abstract:

Cílem této kvalitativně orientované práce je přispět k validizaci nové projektivní metody Test reakcí na stres (TRS). Metoda je určena dětem a adolescentům a jejím předmětem je zjišťování způsobů reakce na stres – copingových strategií. Teoretická část práce proto zkoumá pojmy stres, coping, adaptace a usiluje o zachycení současného stavu poznání v oblasti klasifikace copingových strategií. Zabývá se také specifiky zvládání zátěže u dětí z dětských domovů, které tvoří část výzkumného souboru. Test reakcí na stres aktuálně postrádá vhodné schéma pro vyhodnocování odpovědí. Těžištěm empirické části výzkumu je proto zjištění, jaké copingové strategie se v příbězích evokovaných TRS objevují a navržení vhodného způsobu klasifikace těchto reakcí. K tomu účelu jsou detailně analyzovány interpretace příběhů. Práce také ověřuje a předkládá podrobný návod pro zacházení s metodou TRS. Výzkum je realizován dle principů zakotvené teorie na výzkumném vzorku 26 respondentů. Hlavním přínosem práce je vytvořený kategorizační systém pro hodnocení copingových strategií.

Abstract:

The aim of this quality approach thesis is to contribute to the process of validation of a new projective method – Stress reaction test (TRS). This test is intended for children and adolescents and its objective is to identify their reactions to stress – coping strategies. The theoretical part is therefore examing the concepts of stress, coping, adaptation, and aims to capture the current state of knowledge in the field of coping strategies classification. It also discusses the specifics of coping with stress in children from children’s homes, which form part of the research group. Stress reaction test currently lacks suitable scheme for evaluating responses. The focus of empirical part is therefore to determine, what kind of coping strategies appear in the stories evoked by the TRS. As well it aims to propose an appropriate way of classifying these reactions. For this purpose, the interpretations of the stories are analysed in detail. The thesis also validates and presents detailed instructions for TRS using. Research is carried out according to the principles of grounded theory and the research sample consists of 26 participants. The main contribution of this thesis is categorization system created to assess coping strategies.
