Cílem diplomové práce je porovnat účelnost a účinnost jednotlivých metod vyhledávání a získávání zaměstnanců prostřednictvím externího dodavatele lidských zdrojů. Po-mocí komparace jednotlivých metod chci ve své práci zjistit, která metoda je nejvhodnější pro vyhledání a získání lidských zdrojů na odlišné typy a úrovně pozic. The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the efficiency and effectiveness of certain search and recruitment methods via an external human resource supplier.
