Current Priorities in my Village by its Further Development and Precautions against Most Common Risks

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje obcí. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická se zaměřením na popis obce, orgánů obce, hospodaření a nástrojů rozvoje zejména malých a středních obcí. Druhá část je praktická a je zaměřena na popis současného stavu obce Petrov a na analýzu možných rizik při jejím dalším rozvoji. Jsou zde analyzována rizika v oblasti ekonomiky a hospodářství, školství a odpadového hospodářství. Dalším postupem je návrh na omezení těchto rizik a doporučení pro efektivní rozvoj obce.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of development of the municipalities. It is subdivided into two parts. First part of the thesis is theoretical and it describes the village, its authorities, the municipality management, and the instruments for the development mainly small and medium sized municipalities. Second part is empirical with the focus on the description of the current situation of the village Petrov, and on the analysis of possible risks for its further development. The thesis analyses the risks in the field of economy and man-agement, education, and waste management. Next step is the suggestion for the limitation of the presented risks and recommendation for the efficient development of the village.
