Cílem této práce je popsat stav sledování a rozsah služeb tříhvězdičkového hotelu Bezděz ve Starých Splavech.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to describe an extention of services in *** hotel Bezděz Staré Splavy, to analyse what forms of monitoring services provided in hotel have been used.
