Tématem bakalářské práce je prevence syndromu vyhoření u učitelů v mateřských školách. Syndromem vyhoření je podle výzkumů ohrožen již každý pátý předškolní pedagog. Pracuji v mateřské škole a dostala jsem možnost v této škole zmapovat pracovní klima pomocí SWOT analýzy a zrealizovat externí odborné supervize. Theme of bachelor´s thesis is prevention of burnout of preschool tea-chers. Almost every fifth preschool teacher is endangered by burnout according by surveys. I am teacher in the kindergarten and I got oppor-tunity to research working climate by using SWOT analysis and organi-ze external supervisions in this nursery.
