Analysis of the corporate education process in a selected company and a proposal for its optimization

Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zabývá procesem firemního vzdělávání. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat systém firemního vzdělávání a následně navrhnout optimalizaci tohoto procesu. Díky porovnání teoretických znalostí získaných na základě studia odborné literatury v oblasti firemního vzdělávání s aktuální situací v dané společnosti byly navrženy konkrétní body optimalizace systému podnikového vzdělávání. Nejdůležitějším zjištěním byl fakt, že vzdělávání zaměstnanců se ve společnosti uskutečňuje systematicky, organizovaně a liší se zejména v souvislosti s pozicí zaměstnanců v organizační struktuře.

Abstract:

The presented work deals with the process of corporate education. The aim of this work was to analyse the system of corporate education and to propose the optimization of this process. Thanks to the comparison of theoretical knowledge acquired on the basis of the study of professional literature in the field of corporate education with the current situation in the given company, specific points of optimization of the corporate education system could be proposed. The most important finding was the fact that employee training in the company is carried out systematically, in an organized manner and differs especially in connection with the position of employees in the organizational structure.
